Today on International Women’s Day, I want to be honest about something many people don’t talk about.

After losing 90 lbs, one of my biggest fears is not the weight I lost… it is my ability to maintain it.

People celebrate the transformation, the photos, the before and after. But what they rarely talk about is the quiet discipline that comes after. The daily choices. The mental work. The fear of slipping back into old habits.
