The perfect last minute Easter app that everyone will love🐰🌸🥚🩵 Caviar Deviled Eggs Ingredients: 8 hard boiled eggs, peeled 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup @hellmannsmayonnaise Lite 1–2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1–2 tsp hot sauce (to taste) 1 small shallot, finely diced (reserve some for topping) Fresh dill & chives, finely chopped (reserve some for topping) Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, pepper. Caviar of your choice Instructions: Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Arrange the whites on a serving platter. Mash the yolks until smooth, then mix in Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce until creamy. Fold in most of the diced shallot, dill, and chives (saving a little for garnish). Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites. Top each egg with a small spoonful of caviar. Finish with the reserved shallots, & fresh herbs.
