We installed one of these smart loo+bidets in a recent luxury bathroom renovation design, and we couldn’t be more impressed by the intelligence of this loo! The owners were hesitant about spending about 2 to 3 times the cost of a regular toilet, but they reported back that it has proved its value x 10. They most appreciate the convenience and cleanliness the automations provide, and personal cleanliness from the bidet! It has been life-changing for them.

We will be adding this loo to the list of recommendations for future designs for sure!

This bathroom renovation revolved around the vanities. The size, the color, the wood, the quality. The client wanted a vanity that felt like a piece of furniture, with legs and space underneath, and that warmed up the bathroom that was going to be cold feeling from the black/white checkered marble floors and white shower tile. This was the perfect piece!

Step into serenity with this interior design project in our Luxury by the Sea rental property. From the soft neutral palette to the layered textures and curated accents, every detail whispers luxury and warmth. Every top-notch design is bound to have some key elements to make the vision: maximized natural light, drapery, greenery, clean lines, warm & eye-level lighting (not to be confused with overhead lighting!), a balance of warm and cool fabrics and colors, mostly neutral tones with pops of coordinated, but not matching, color, and functional, but maybe more importantly, furniture with interest and beautiful lines.

Did you know you could wallpaper over wallpaper? It probably isn’t advised or preferred, but when one panel looks like a completely different roll than the other, that’s what we do.
