Your home should reflect who you are! So, when it came to wall art in this almost 7 year old girl’s room, I suggested incorporating some of her favorite dress up pieces into a gallery wall for display. The result is a mix of the princess dresses with fun art we found and a print her mom had bought for her and we had framed. It’s personal, whimsical and girly 🩷💖💛

Transformation of the latest investment property we purchased in May 2025 fully furnished and decorated 😜. Due to the location and structure of the home, it’s likely that over the next 5 years or so we will need to rebuild this home and raise it up. In the meantime, we wanted to make it beautiful so that we could get the highest quality renters for the coming summer seasons. Yesterday morning I spent $50 at Trader Joe’s on flowers for the photoshoot I had with @lifeinthemagichour. We shot my baby girls room and the main colors of the room are pink, blue, and green, so I drew inspiration from there selecting florals. I made 3 small arrangements for the shoot. I had a bunch of leftovers that went perfectly with the vase I sourced at Goodwill earlier this week, so I made this arrangements with them.
