I have not been in the spirit to decorate since 2017!! But this year, I was determined to make the home more festive. We did a thing….

Although this isn’t my normal content, I still wanted to share! Only a few know that I was busting my butt around my birthday to complete this project. We were able to finish Labor Day weekend and I’ve been smiling at all the hard manual labor that went into this project!

This project was special to me because I was able to test my skills I learned from my mom and dad. When my Dad saw it he was so proud. 🥹❤️

I definitely challenged myself with doing projects that I normally don’t do without help like using a skill saw, installing ceiling fans, hanging a barn door and other things. Even TV was proud of the things she didn’t think she could do during this project! That barn door kicked our AZZ though 😩🤣🤣
