Birthday Cake looks so electric and bright in the container, and my skin is extremely fair olive. It doesn’t make sense but it works! With just a dusting, all traces of my pale, dull winter complexion are brightened and perfected. My yellow undertones are corrected. I look brighter, smoother, more radiant!
