A cozy bed is a must for me. The key to getting that look is layering. My base is typically white; I add neutrals or seasonal color with quilts, throws and pillows. I don’t take all of the non-sleeping layers off at night. I just fold them back to the foot of the bed. As temps lower, I use more of the layers for sleeping. My bedding is a mix of designer and Amazon. This velvet quilt is so soft and the prettiest green. The color is great for fall and the holidays. I just swap my floral accent pillows for holiday ones.
