I have tried many a vac in my day! I’ve had the Dreame Z30 stick vacuum for several years and it is definitely my favorite.

My Favorite Features — 2 brush heads (carpet & hard surface), quieter than other vacs, dust detection light (that DOES make a difference), lays flat, 90-min run time, multiple attachments. My favorite feature though, is that the canister easily comes completely apart and you can wash everything! I detest dusty vacuums!
