Make your own oat milk! With a few basic ingredients and supplies you can make oat milk that avoids exposure to things like micro plastics and toxins like glyphosate AND create a tastier product! Here’s the recipe I use: - 1 cup organic glyphosate free oats - 4 cups water (make sure it’s filtered) - 1-2 pitted dates chopped up (could also use honey or maple syrup to sweeten) - 1-2 pods worth of vanilla bean seeds (or 1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla extract) Combine everything in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Then strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth (make sure it’s organic) and gently squeeze to push liquid through. Pour into glass storage container and refrigerate! I use mine up in 2-3 days! Enjoy! LTKFamily LTKSeasonal LTKHome
