My Fall Self Care Activities: 1. Getting outside with friends - hopefully a winery π· soon cause I need! 2. Walks outside in nature π to get moving and take in the changes of season 3. More reading π- especially books that I have on my bookshelf that I have barely cracked open π 4. Devotional & Journaling - expanding on my relationship with God ππ½ 5. Stretching & Pilates π§π½ββοΈ- cause the way my back has decided to betray me!?! Need to work on mobility & flexibility. LTKHome
