Using my circadian optics light therapy lamp on this gloomy Monday. Benefits include: regulated sleep, increased focus, improved mood, and boosted energy. And the LED lights are UV free! I’ve also read that light therapy can help with vitamin D deficiency…just takes 30 min a day. I get plenty of sunlight here in FL but the dreary days definitely impact my mood.
