I bought this in three colors. Nation Los Angeles' Patti Tank is the white tank I've been recommending for months — and now that I have it in Jet Black I understand why this silhouette works so well. It's not a basic muscle tank. The shoulder sleeve has just enough structure to make it look intentional rather than thrown on, and the fabric is soft without being thin. It photographs well, holds its shape, and works harder than a tank has any right to. Black specifically is the version that goes with everything you already own. Tuck it into the barrel cargo pants. Wear it under the Zimmermann silk top. Let it be the base layer that makes the rest of the outfit make sense.
