As always, to get results you need to put the effort both into your workouts and into your nutrition. . 1️⃣ Fly into shoulder press 2️⃣ Reverse grip across body raise + rotation + slow lower & bring back 3️⃣ L raise with hold (count to 3) 4️⃣ Front raise + shoulder tap 5️⃣ Seatbelt 6️⃣ Neutral grip front raise variation . 3-4 sets x 10-12 repetitions 💪 weight is individual: aim for a weight that makes the last 4-5 repetitions of each set challenging but doable with proper form .
