Yay!! This dress is finally on sale — and SO cute. Definitely size down though 💗

But on a more real note…

On the days that feel really hard, everyone deserves a cheerleader in their life, and she has been one of mine through sooo many highs and lows over the last decade.

I started feeling a decline in the car on the way to our weekly family dinner, but I still wanted to get the content filmed. Kailey hyped me up the entire time, and not long after, I ended up needing my emergency medication at dinner. Through all of it, she was right there helping me through it — even the two flights of stairs to the bathroom before we found the elevator 😂

This video means a lot to me because this is exactly how she shows up for me behind the scenes, and I’m so unbelievably grateful for every person in my life who has checked on me, supported me, advocated for me, and held my hand through not only the diagnosis… but the four years it took searching for answers.

Thank you to the people who believed me when doctors said everything was “fine” or “in my head.” Thank you to the family members who helped get me in front of the right doctors. And thank you, Kailey, for becoming part of this crazy family all those years ago 😂💗

If I’m being honest, the days have been getting harder. My body has been getting weaker, and the countdown to my first Q-Restrain (SOT) treatment is officially 20 days away. Right now I’m in prep mode physically and emotionally, so the next few weeks may look a little different around here.

Thank you for being here, supporting me, shopping my links, following along, and making this feel like such a safe place to share the real parts of life too.

I’ve decided I want to film more of this journey because when I searched online, so much of what I found felt terrifying. So maybe we can walk through it together instead 🤍
