Hope everyone is having a nice holiday weekend. We spent the 4th with great friends, ate burgers and dogs, and listened to fireworks. It was rainy and overcast here so we skipped the fireworks show. 🎇 With the past few days of southern food excess, I tried something a little different today...something I used to do during my college days with my sister (and loved). I got up really early, drank my coffee and walked my neighborhood. Starting my day with movement (along with a little caffeine) felt really empowering and might be a change I start implementing more regularly! Hearing the birds chirp, seeing the sun come up, and sweating a little was just what I needed.
