HALF ZIP: Under $29, this half zip is super soft with drop-shoulder sleeves. Love the relaxed drape. I’m wearing a size Small.

To be honest, I never thought I would do a post like this, because I never imagined feeling like myself again. My journey took around 3 years. No family help, my postpartum depression was severe, and I went back to work around 4 weeks postpartum. The newborn stage was rough. As our daughter grew, we started building our village and chosen family consisting of real aunts and uncles and A LOT of chosen aunts and uncles ♥️

These are small tips and little things that helped me get my ‘pink’ back. I truly hope they can serve as small glimpses of joy in your life as well. As a fellow momma, please know that I’m rooting for you. Sending you immense love and strength ❤️
