✨ I don’t do massive laundry days. It’s one person per day and done. Instead of mountains of mixed laundry, I do one person’s laundry start to finish each day. It’s faster, simpler to put away, and lets me skip the overwhelming piles. tip: Everyone has their own hamper. On their laundry day, I wash, dry, and fold/prep just their clothes. They help me load the washer and put away their items. ✨ I don’t declutter in massive all or nothing sessions. I use the Daily Declutter Method as needed: on the 5th, declutter 5 things. On the 12th, 12 things. It scales with my energy. ✨ I don’t repeat myself 100 times. I use simple visual systems and weekly rhythms. I use a magnetic visual schedule system for my kids on contact paper. As they complete parts of their routine, they move the tile and see what’s left. Less constant reminders. We do the same resets on the same days each week. Everyone knows the rhythm and over time it becomes their rhythm too - they contribute to the process with age appropriate tasks. ✨ I don’t keep things “just in case.” If possible I scan, store it digitally, and let it go. I scan them with Dropbox or Notes on my phone and store them in digital folders. ✨ I don’t do full-day cleaning marathons. I micro clean in moments that fit my day. Instead of blocking out 4 hours to clean top to bottom, I keep tools in high-use areas (like an e-cloth in the bathroom drawer or a spinning scrubber in the kitchen). These aren’t just hacks. They’re systems I’ve tested and refined because I was tired of feeling like I had to keep up with everything, all the time. LTKmomlife LTKdayinmylife LTKHome
