Brown is the new black! For the longest time, my fall and winter wardrobe consisted mostly of black pieces. But lately I’ve been loving brown as a base and neutral, and even full brown monochromatic looks.

This brown semi sheer dress immediately caught my eye when I saw it online. There are so many ways to wear it but I paired it with a brownish-red croc trench I snagged a few years back.

I popped into the @fashionctrpc store this weekend for a personal, head-to-toe styling session. My stylist, Keelah, pulled a bunch of fun, western-inspired pieces and modern, fashion-forward styles for me to try on and take home, just in time for the show! She creted a mix of Western-inspired looks: from double denim to faux leather pieces, to T-shirts with a twist, cowboy boots, of course, denim and rhinestone studded chaps, horseshoe accessories, and a very over-the-top metal and denim bustier. But the piece de resistance for me was the silver disco cowboy hat! I spied it on my way in the store and Keelah had set it aside just for me. It became the centerpiece of every look.

The hat was definitely coming home with me, along with a few other pieces I absolutely fell in love with - can you guess which ones?
