Pregnancy has been such a beautiful season, but I’ll be honest — some days it can be hard to feel put together while your body is changing so much.

1 cup washing soda

Double or triple recipe if you like

Grate Castile soap with cheese grater or
use a food processor -cut into slices then add to food processor a few at a time.
Mix together and use 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp per load

I always want to make everything perfect for my kids — probably because of things I lacked growing up.

2-Minute Homemade Mayo
Crunchy, But Busy 🌿
We ran out of mayo, so I decided to make my own! It’s fast, uses simple ingredients, and most importantly — my kids couldn’t tell the difference ✔️
Ingredients
1 large egg (room temperature works best)
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp yellow mustard
Instructions
Add egg, vinegar, salt, and yellow mustard to a tall cup or jar.
Pour in the olive oil.
Place an immersion blender at the bottom and blend without moving for 10–15 seconds until thickened.
Slowly lift the blender to fully combine.
Taste and adjust salt or vinegar if desired.
Done — about 2 minutes from start to finish!
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Best used within 5–7 days.

Supporting my body looks different in my third pregnancy — especially with two toddlers by my side 🤍
