I don’t usually believe in ruining a perfectly good treat by making it “healthy”… but somehow these are actually really good. 👀 Instead of Rice Krispies, I used edamame protein puffs (yes, that’s a thing), and somehow ended up with a gooey, nostalgic treat that packs 20g of protein per square. 💪 ✨ Full recipe: 6 cups edamame protein puffs 8 tbsp butter 1 bag mini marshmallows 1 box sugar-free pistachio pudding mix 1 tbsp vanilla extract 🫶 Melt the butter, then stir in marshmallows until smooth. Add pudding mix + vanilla, mix well, then pour over the protein puffs.
