This before and after of the IGH new build is a great example of what happens when you invest in your home. And here we mixed high and low! While the coffee table was a bit of a splurge, we saved major money on the loloi area rug. And the slate blue accent chairs are a LTK community fave as they’re less than $500! Shower tile I love: a 4”x4” square in white and a 2” penny round in matte black. Design Tip ➡️ I typically go with a matte tile for the shower floor—it helps prevent slipping. Then, to make the space pop, I contrast the wall tile in both color and shape, often choosing a glossy finish to reflect light and keep things feeling bright.🤍

This primary bathroom was completely transformed by paint + a few easy DIY swaps. I incorporated polished chrome cabinet hardware and vanity light fixtures from @Wayfair. Then finished the space off with some new bathroom decor. And yes, the paint colors are also linked which you try out via @Samplize!
