Hopefully you won’t ever need to purchase one of these.. but these protein dipsticks have helped me track the protein levels in my urine through my kidney disease journey.

They don’t give exact numbers but in my experience have been pretty accurate & reliable.

The normal amount of protein in urine is less than 150 milligrams per day.. so anything higher, or if you happen to notice foamy/bubbly pee.. it’s best to get that checked to determine the underlying cause & receive appropriate treatment.
