“THAT GIRL” (Blood Orange Sorbetto Spritz)

Ingredients:
•1 scoop blood orange sorbetto
•Sparkling rosé (chilled)

Instructions:
•Add one scoop of blood orange sorbetto to a wine glass or coupe.
•Slowly pour sparkling rosé over the sorbetto until the glass is filled.
•Let it fizz and melt slightly, then gently stir if desired.
•Serve immediately and enjoy.

I tried chia seed pudding and didn’t die?! 😅 so glad I didn’t try any other recipes because this one was perfect.

CHIA PUDDING
•1/3 cup chia seeds
•1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
•1 cup Greek yogurt
•1 tbsp maple syrup
•1 tsp vanilla bean paste

-Combine and let sit for half an hour, stirring at 15 minutes to incorporate seeds.

-Refrigerate overnight and enjoy with toppings of choice (pictured with strawberries, granola, and peanut butter) #healthybreakfast
