I tried chia seed pudding and didn’t die?! 😅 so glad I didn’t try any other recipes because this one was perfect. CHIA PUDDING •1/3 cup chia seeds •1 cup unsweetened coconut milk •1 cup Greek yogurt •1 tbsp maple syrup •1 tsp vanilla bean paste -Combine and let sit for half an hour, stirring at 15 minutes to incorporate seeds. -Refrigerate overnight and enjoy with toppings of choice (pictured with strawberries, granola, and peanut butter) healthybreakfast
