good for your gut, high in protein, and you can make it so easily at home! we love buying a rotisserie chicken (especially at costco because they’re $5!), using it for multiple meals and then saving the bones to make bone broth. use veggies you already have — onion, carrot, garlic, celery + add in some herbs (I love using rosemary, lemon, turmeric, ginger or anything else in the fridge/garden) and keep them in large pieces. fill the pot with water, bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 8 hours. then let it sit to cool— the longer it sits, the better the flavor. I like to leave it overnight with the lid on! then strain & enjoy!! 🍲 add to soups, drink on its own, etc! LTKSeasonal LTKHoliday LTKHome
