💌Wellness Journey💌

Hi I’m Liv 😁 I haven’t shared my testimony on this platform . I’ve had many health challenges since I was 21… fast forward to 36 I’m thriving. Wellness journey is more than just physical. Had my 3rd fibroid surgery this year & second hernia repair last yr. Scans didn’t even detect that there were 11 fibroids so this time has been the longest recovery I’ve experienced with this kind of operation. I’m grateful to God he’s carried me through because it’s been tough! I’ve been focusing on building muscle, maintaining peace, & keeping faith priority.

💌 Black high waist leggings I wore today are from Target & I love them. I was able to size down to an XL. I’m almost 5’7” & currently 207 lbs. They cover my love handles & don’t roll down.

Love cotton shirts! My top was under $6 from Walmart called “Mauve Dream” it’s like a soft mix of blush & lavender. I have on a xxl. It’s rainy in California so threw on my trusted Nike boots they last through anything! Beware they’re on the heavier side.

Guess what?! Almost my whole outfit was from Ross!! Everything except my purse & heels. The heels are extremely comfortable to be 4+ inches. I wore them morning & afternoon with no pain. Surprisingly I found my skirt & shirt in the juniors section in an xl & it fit perfectly. I’m a womens size 14 in bottoms. My jean jacket was in the womens section & I pursed in xl as well. Total not including purse & heels was about $50.

We’ve decided to have a big wedding later. In less than 6 months we both purchased our own property 🎉 We will save to celebrate with our loved ones across the world in destination wedding.
💌 This dress is heavy knit. Also has great stretch! I was bloated in video but still felt secure. They were sold out of my size which was a xl or xxl. I am a US 14 in dresses. Based on their generator for measurements the xxl would’ve been perfect. I ordered a 3x & had altered.

💌 Doing marble is pretty easy. All you need is a thin nail art brush, apply at least 4 dots on nail, dip brush in acetone & drag in swirls through the dots.

I give this electric steam mop 4/5 ⭐️ I like that it’s simple. 2 mop pads are easy to place, 2 modes (light & normal), water port is easy to fill from the front, and device warms up quickly. It definitely cleaned my tile but I’ll have to get a scrub brush to clean my grout throughly. If they made this device cordless I’d add another star.

I make tacos & lettuce wraps frequently. My taco holders are a life saver to add all my fixings without the wrap falling apart. They’re also handy for company. I purchased mine from Walmart in a 3 pack but they’re sold out. Amazon sales as singles.

I like to keep it comfy & cute for work. As a clinician I work 9+ hrs a day & I usually on the go. I have on an XL top with 40in bust. My Adidas I customized myself by adding satin laces & pearl accents. My bottoms have an elastic waist which I love so when I’m bloated I can still wear them. Loving the ruffle details as well so can be worn with heels. The color I have is no longer in stock sorry peeps.
