💌Wellness Journey💌 Hi I’m Liv 😁 I haven’t shared my testimony on this platform . I’ve had many health challenges since I was 21… fast forward to 36 I’m thriving. Wellness journey is more than just physical. Had my 3rd fibroid surgery this year & second hernia repair last yr. Scans didn’t even detect that there were 11 fibroids so this time has been the longest recovery I’ve experienced with this kind of operation. I’m grateful to God he’s carried me through because it’s been tough! I’ve been focusing on building muscle, maintaining peace, & keeping faith priority. 💌Had to run it back past the 🪞 today like… I see you God’s gurl 🥹 ☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️ 💌 Black high waist leggings I wore today are from Target & I love them.
