Hair loss update + everything I’m currently using for hair growth and scalp care. I’ve been consistent with 5% minoxidil (the men’s strength—my dermatologist recommended 5% for me instead of 2%), alternating every other day with @cecred Drops from @ultabeauty, using a derma stamp once a week, and taking @nutrafol daily.

Hair growth is definitely a long game, so right now I’m focusing on consistency and documenting the process so I can actually see what’s working. I linked my current hair loss + hair growth routine, including the exact products I’m using.

This is simply what I’m personally using based on guidance from my dermatologist—not medical advice.
