Sharing all of my favorite rugs!

One thing about me is I become obsessive when searching for products for my home. I want to make sure I’m not wasting money, that the pieces I’m purchasing are going to last, and that whatever I share with you all is actually worth it.

So when it comes to rugs (or honestly anything), I do a lot of research. I check every site for the best deal, look through every review photo, and half the time the real life review photos are even better than the listing photos.

I love all of the vintage vibes, but sometimes the price tag can be a bit much. The rugs throughout my home give all of the vintage inspo without the huge cost.

One thing to note about low pile printed rugs is that they do tend to fade a bit over time, but personally it doesn’t bother me at all. I actually love the look. It makes them feel more aged and leans even more into that vintage style. They also tend to hold up incredibly well with pets, kids, and high traffic.

My primary bedroom has the prettiest curved wingback headboard in that classic linen linen color… it’s soft, timeless, and honestly one of my favorite pieces in our home.

In my daughter’s room, I went with a similar silhouette but in a rich, dark brown — it adds so much contrast and feels a little more elevated while still being practical in a kids room.

And my guest room… an all time favorite. Clean, straight lines in the prettiest neutral — in the color classic linen, which is just a touch more neutral than my bedroom bed. It’s simple in the best way and works every single time.

I went with unlacquered brass throughout. I love the beauty of it and how it naturally ages over time. That patina adds so much character and depth in a way that just feels right.

Paired it with rich wood tones and a marble topped vanity — you already know my love for materials that age naturally and tell a story. It all just gets better with time.

The mocha and white diamond checker flooring brings in warmth while still feeling timeless. And the picture frame molding adds that layer of charm that makes the whole space feel more custom and finished.

Lighting was a big focus too — brass sconces with linen shades for that soft, cozy glow, and the milky glass chandelier over the tub that gives the prettiest light when it’s on.

I’m always drawn to spaces that focus on the details — even down to the dimmers and toggle switches. It’s those small touches that make everything feel complete.
