DIY Pumpkin Solar Lights 🎃 If I said I wasn’t obsessed with these I’d be lying! Light up the yard with these EASY pumpkin lights!

Supplies:

✨Plastic pumpkin bucket
✨Solar Lights (used 6in)
✨Spade drill bit or other preferred option

1. Remove handle from the pumpkin bucket.

2. Find the center on the bottom of the bucket and trace the bottom of the solor light for cutting reference.

3. Drill hole in the bottom of the bucket. Dont make the hole to big or the pumpkin wont stay. If you drill if to big just hot glue gun around it.

4. Stick solar light through the pumpkin pulling it all the way through & attach the stake.

5. Place in yard & wait for dark! 🎃

Maple Bacon Cheese Dip 🥓 Looking for something new to add to the appetizer table this holiday season?! Sweet..Savory…Easy & Delicious!! 👏

Ingredients:

✨ 8oz cream cheese (softened)
✨ 1 cup shredded cheese
✨ 1/4 cup maple syrup
✨ 1/2 cup bacon chopped
✨ 1 tsp smoked paprika
✨ Chips or crackers for serving: used..pita crisps, pretzel thins, cinnamon sugar pita chips and wheat thins

Directions:

1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

2. Add cheese, bacon, maple syrup, smoked paprika & mix.

3. Transfer to serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.

Ingredients: (Bake @ 350°)

✨2- 12.5oz cans canned chicken breast or 1lb shredded chicken
✨16oz cream cheese (softened)
✨1- 1 1/2 cups buffalo sauce of choice (used my favorite from @Kinders) (add more or less my taste)
✨1/2 cup ranch dressing
✨2 cups shredded cheese (1 cup into mixture + 1 cup on top)
✨Mozzarella cheese slices

Halloween White Chocolate Cupcakes 🎃💀 My FAVORITE way to do cup cakes or brownies, is by using all the festive holiday molds!! And the white chocolate over frosting is seriously the BOMB!!!

Ingredients:

✨1 box Funfetti cake mix (eggs, water, oil)
✨Halloween Sprinkles ✨White chocolate chips ✨Silicone Halloween molds

Directions:

1. Preheat oven according to Funfetti box directions.

2. Prepare cupcake mix as directed on the box.

3. Place silicone mold on a cookie sheet and spray mold with cooking spray.

4. Fill each mold a little more than halfway full. Place in the oven for 15 mins or until sides start to brown. LET COOL before removing from mold.

5. After cooled carefully remove from mold & set aside.

6. Wash and rinse mold to remove any cooking spray or cupcake pieces.

7. Add sprinkles to the bottom of each mold.

8. In a small bowl add white chocolate chips and melt in microwave for 30 second at a time until fully melted. (I add a little coconut oil to make the chocolate extra smooth and creamy)

9. Fill each mold with melted white chocolate covering the sprinkles. Press each cupcake back into its original mold and let chocolate harden. (I put mine in fridge for about 15min)

10. Once chocolate is fully hardened, remove from mold to reveal all the fun faces and shapes created.

Cheeseburger Soup 🍔 ALL the comfort in this soup & MORE!! One you will make ALL SEASON LONG!!!!! 🤤

Ingredients:

✨4 russet potatoes (peeled & diced)
✨1 onion (chopped(
✨1 cup shredded carrots
✨1/2 cup diced celery
✨1 tsp dried basil
✨1 tsp dried parsley
✨3 cups chicken broth
✨1lb lean ground beef
✨3 Tbsp butter
✨2 Tbsp flour
✨2 cups milk
✨1/2 tsp salt
✨1/2 tsp black pepper
✨1 package (16 ounces) Velveeta cheese (cubed) OR shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Place potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, dried basil and parsley in a large crock pot. Pour chicken broth over vegetables. Cover with lid. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours OR on high heat 4 to 5 hours or until potatoes are tender.

2. About 45 minutes before serving, cook and crumble ground beef in a large skillet. Drain any grease. Pour cooked ground beef into crock pot.

3. Carefully wipe out hot skillet with a paper towel then add butter. When butter is melted whisk in flour and cook until golden brown and bubbly (about 1 minute.) Whisk in the milk, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into the crock pot and stir to combine everything.

4. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese or shredded cheese to crock pot. Stir again. Cover with lid until cheese is melted.

Walking Taco Casserole 🌮 A MUST to add to the list for your next taco Tuesday!!

Ingredients:

✨1lb ground beef
✨1 onion (chopped)
✨1 package taco seasoning
✨1/2 cup water
✨1 15oz can black beans (drained & rinsed)
✨1 10oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
✨1/2 cup sour cream
✨1 bag Fritos
✨2 cups Mexican-style cheese

Toppings: (Optional)

Tomatoes
Green onions
Sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa
Jalapenos
Lettuce

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions until they are soft and the meat is no longer pink.

3. Stir in taco seasoning and water and heat to boiling.

4. Reduce heat and stir in beans, diced tomatoes with chiles, and sour cream. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until heated and the mixture slightly thickens.

5. Add a layer of corn chips to the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top. Then add the ground beef mixture. Finish the casserole off with the remaining cheese.

6. Cover it with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue baking for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbly around the edges.

7. Remove from oven and top with more corn chips and your favorite toppings.

Mini Pumpkin Reese’s 🎃 Chef’s Kiss & SO EASY to make! 🤌

Ingredients:

✨1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (used natural peanut butter but any will work)
✨2T butter
✨2T brown sugar (firmly packed)
✨1/2 tsp salt
✨1/2 tsp vanilla extract
✨1/2 cup powdered sugar

✨2 bags chocolate chips
✨1T coconut oil

✨Pumpkin molds

Directions:

1. In a small pot, combine peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and salt.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar stirring until fully incorporated and smooth.

3. Transfer to small bowl and chill in refrigerator.

4. In a small bowl add chocolate chips (I started with one bag at a time) add coconut oil and melt in microwave until smooth and creamy, stirring every 30 seconds.

5. Place pumpkin molds on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper (for easy clean up).

6. Spoon melted chocolate into the bottom of the pumpkin molds.

7. Form a small ball with the chilled peanut butter filling (about a teaspoon-ish) if using natural peanut butter it may be crumbly but just pack in firmly to form ball.

8. Add peanut butter balls to mold on top of the chocolate. Cover peanut butter balls with additional chocolate to cover completely.

9. Tap molds to level and place in the fridge or freezer to harden.

10. Transfer to dish and keep in refrigerator.
