Forget boring scrambled eggs. I'm stuffing my life, starting with these Croque Madame Croissants. 🍳🧀

This is my idea of a perfect 35-minute breakfast masterpiece. Ham, a perfect egg, and an entire cup of gooey, melted Gruyère baked right into a flaky croissant.

It’s the classic French sandwich, upgraded and made absolutely effortless. I finished them off with chives for a fresh bite and let them cool on my wood cutting board for just a few minutes (the hardest part!).
