🥐 Oh my goodness, I think I just unlocked a new brunch level with these Croque Madame Stuffed Croissants! 🤩

Seriously, why have I not been stuffing eggs, ham, and Gruyère into buttery croissants my whole life? This recipe is everything.

Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
The Vibe: Cheesy, savory, and pure Sunday luxury.

I started by carving a little pocket (pro tip: don't cut through the bottom!) into the Trader Joe’s croissants. Then came the ham, an egg cracked right in, a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and that essential pinch of nutmeg. Into the oven they went, and halfway through, I topped them with a generous blanket of shredded Gruyère.

The result? A perfectly baked egg, melted cheese oozing down, and that flaky, golden croissant exterior. A sprinkle of fresh chives on top, and voilà! This is the only breakfast plan you need this week.
