So much progress in the office today! Step one was installing the chair rail. I measured 32” from the floor which is where the top of the chair rail will sit. Next it’s time for the picture frame boxes! I’m using a 2.5” space around mine so I grabbed 2 pieces of scrap wood in this depth and placed the trim, leveled it and then nailed it in place.
