Date night in Rome 🍝 We went to Il Marchese for dinner - a restaurant known for high end carbonara. They were so kind to split several pastas for us so we can try more of the menu. I wore a classic Roman look - all Italian designer features - Dolce Gabbana shorts and a Valentino bag. There are rock studs all of this city- it’s fun to see Valentinos inspiration. FYI on Carbonara: Today’s classic Roman carbonara—with guanciale, eggs, pecorino, and pepper—was refined over the decades but traces back to that post-war era. It’s known to be an American favorite.
