AVB X ELLIS HILL HOLIDAY CARDS
A few years ago I received an Ellis Hill Christmas card and it was just different - the quality, the design, the image adhered to it, the painted edges…it stood out. Since then, I have always wanted one of their cards and I am thrilled to show you the card that I made for our family and yours in collaboration with Ellis Hill! Eeep!!!
In designing the card, we started with message and I am a Christian so Christmas at our house is very much about the birth of our savior, Jesus. I chose a simple and sincere message at the top and made it special with a gorgeous detailed font. We made it all editable so if you have a different message to share, you can!
At the bottom, we went with just names (no ages this time) because I felt like it ages are amazing to share but this card is a little more dressy so I removed them.
The paper is an off white and the font and painted edges are a deep Forrest green, to match the envelope lining.
For the pictures, I had them printed in a matte and adhered them to the card. If any of our friends or family want to keep the photo, it is framable and the quality really elevates the card.
These are a unique, luxury item and are a beautiful card to be displayed in the homes of your recipients.

The night before Baxters marathon he wanted to carb load so I got freshly made rigatoni and had a pasta night. I like to knot my napkins to style them a little differently than just folded on the table.
I got this new set of chargers for a new look. I like how they look like a sun or a burst. I also have woven rattan ones but these are just different enough and they look great.

Bizzy is 5 years old!
We have been celebrating her for 24 hours and she was so proud to get a doll that looks like her. She has school clothes, a soccer uniform and a cowgirl outfit - just like Biz! When we unboxed her, I cut her hair off to match Bizzy, which was a big hit.
I snagged these doll carrying cases to keep everything in and I’m so glad I did because it’s a big part of her playing with the dolls- organizing and carrying them around.

HIKING with my sweet boy 🫶

Boyce is my soft-hearted sweet boy and we got to go hiking today. I dress very practically on hikes- I cover up for sun protection and to protect my skin from sharp brush.
This is a fishing shirt and while long sleeves might be crazy, it’s actually great for keeping you cool because the sun doesn’t hit your skin.
I’m wearing Isabel Marant pants that are thick so they protect from a lot of brush and are stylish.
My hiking shoes are super comfortable and the most stylish ones I have found.

Hair reveal!
I let my hair grow out after I had Boots and 3 years later, it grew to below my bust. It had gotten a little stringy so I started cutting and didn’t stop 😁 I’m loving this fresh look and now I just wash, spray in detangler, add leave in conditioner to the ends and put a little product on it so it didn’t frizz. No blow dry here. Exact products linked.
Hair grows- it’s always fun to mix it up!

Eeep my new SMU boots just arrived and they are gorgeous! Founded by a local Dallas and SMU grad, City Boots just introduced their Boulevard Boot for football and tailgating season.

The SMU cheerleaders wear a similar pair exclusive to them that I was dying to have and I was so excited to get my hands on these!

These are so well made and so comfortable - great for long tailgating days on The Boulevard. They run true to size and I am a size 10.
