We ate at Betula in Aspen and the food and views were amazing—definitely one to add to your list. We had the whole restaurant reserved, but locals say it’s the perfect mix of mountain chic meets St. Barth’s, with a DJ and a lively crowd as the night goes on. Ask for a table by the windows for views of Ajax 🏔️
