What’s in my diaper bag today. Love this little patterned clutch for when you don’t need a full on diaper bag. It fits A LOT in and just feels a bit more manageable than a great big thing on your back! 😀

My weekend/looking after the kids outfit. Felt like getting out of my tracksuit and dressing up a little. Found these Charles and Keith shoes in a thrift store :)

Cracking up for real with my beautiful pal 📷 @anniemalarkey 💚 and baby Kaya who is next to me in her stroller, doing a witch’s cackle that I taught her. I’m not adding any music to my posts as the only songs in my head are ‘wheels on the bus’ and ‘Micky mouse, club house’. Help me! 🙈🙈🙈

This International Women’s Day I am proud to support @GirlRising, whose work hopes to build a world where every girl is educated, respected and heard.
As a storyteller who has been drawn to telling stories about girls who push against the limits placed on them, it means so much to me to support the incredible work that Girl Rising is doing with girls globally.
Please take a moment to learn more at girlrising.org.
This scene is from the Netflix film Skater Girl, a film close to my heart that celebrates the power of giving girls a platform. I had the honour of sharing this scene with the legendary Waheeda Rehman.

Price drop of the top I’ve been living in for the last month. Elegant and casual @Madewell

Very much into jumpers (where I come from haha) or sweaters from Free People these days. Have linked a couple that are similar ☺️

Honestly, I might be more excited about this than Aurora… but her little reaction at the end is quite cute 🥰
We decided to get a bigger bed so we can all pile in for story time and snuggles.
(Also… my secret plan is to quietly come and sleep here when both kids end up in our bed at 3am 🤓 I did actually try to do this in her previous tiny bed when I was pregnant with Kaya but was unsuccessful in actually going to sleep!)
Made this little video to motivate myself to get on with building it and thought I’d share.
Yes, the LED light around the crown head board (excuse me?) is a bit EXTRA but I seem to be fully embracing that side of myself right now 😅✨ #momlife #toddlerbedroom @Wayfair

I spend most of my life in a tracksuit at the moment but I thought I’d share what I like to wear when I get more than two minutes to get ready. Aspiring generally to dress a bit more elegantly in my day to day life as it makes me feel good but it still only happens rarely 😁

The easiest banana smoothie in the world. Shakes are my best friend right now, since having my 4 wisdom teeth removed last week uhhhhh! Here’s a little recipe 🥰

Today’s going to the park with my 1 year old outfit, with th trusty diaper bag. I love this one as it elegant and stylish ☺️

I will forever wear kitten heels even when they aren’t ’in fashion’. Tagged a couple that I like below...

So helpful Kaya! 🙈

Here’s what I wore today. My California winter outfit - because you just never know. A hat incase the sun shines, a pullover incase it’s cold and shorts in case it’s hot!

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKmorningroutine #LTKmomlife

I did an interview for a Punjabi radio station, Radio Panj, (on today) and it sent me down memory lane - back to a time I don’t think I ever fully paused to acknowledge.
Years ago, I had the opportunity to act opposite one of Punjab’s biggest stars, Amrinder Gill, in the film Goreyan Nu Dafa Karo. Through that experience, I travelled to a tiny village in Punjab near where my mum and her siblings spent their early childhood, and I got to learn more about my roots while doing the job I love.
Growing up, I couldn’t speak Punjabi. I was raised in a predominantly white community, and when conversations would switch languages at my grandparents’ house, I’d often quietly duck out feeling shy, and a little embarrassed, about not knowing how to join in. I never would have imagined that one day I’d be part of a Punjabi film, let alone one that went on to win multiple awards across Punjab.
My maternal grandparents saw me up on the big screen at a cinema in Feltham, UK — and that moment stays with me. I felt kinda proud of myself that somehow this had all happened.
For a long time, though, I didn’t really talk about this chapter. After moving back to the UK following the film’s release, I felt a quiet pressure to downplay my work in India, as if having worked across countries and industries might confuse people. I was even once asked by an agent who was considering taking me on whether I felt my time in India had “held me back.”
My answer then and now is no. Not at all.
Those experiences shaped me, grounded me, and allowed me to connect more deeply with a culture that is very much part of who I am. I feel genuinely grateful that this is part of my journey.
So I’m sharing it now because it matters to me, and because it’s part of my story. 💛 The end 😝

This feels vulnerable to share here, but it matters to me.
I’m posting a scene from the film All of It (released 2025), where I played a therapist supporting a woman after having a baby. I filmed this just before my second daughter was born, and even now I relate so deeply. These words by @kathrynfarrengal still ring true.
The pressure.
The overwhelm.
The ridiculous amounts of love and then a tiredness like I’ve never, ever known.
This role meant a great deal to me. I wish there were more conversations, more support, and more work that speaks honestly to this experience of postpartum life.
If this resonates, you’re not alone 🤍

What’s in my 3 year old’s lunch box today??? Managed to whip this together before school this morning. I actually made (healthy - ish) cookies from scratch. And yes she likes olives 🫒 🙈😂

Throw back to last year when I put together my youngest daughter’s nursery after we moved house 🏡🤍
I didn’t want to spend loads on it as they grow out of it so fast, but also wanted a cute and cosy space for her and I whilst she’s a baby 🧸✨
I’m sharing some of my other creative outlets besides acting, as obviously having my kids has been a huge part of my life and I truly get so much quiet enjoyment from doing stuff like this ✨
What do you think?
I’m going to change the curtains soon 😄 What colour?

Hope you like the song…I’m all into non-annoying folky nursery rhymes with non-annoying voices 😁

Happy Belated 30th anniversary Hollyoaks. I have amazing memories of working on this show and enjoyed playing Neeta sooooooooooooooo much. (I miss her yellow jacket). 😁 Feel very lucky that I got to work with such lovely people for 2 years and to be part of a TV show that I used to watch as a wee lass! #hollyoaks30 💛

My 1.5 minute skin care routine! 🤣✨
Not professing to know what everyone should be doing, but here’s where I’m currently at with what I have time for in the mornings ☀️🧴 with two toddlers 👶👶. Would love to know what other people do, or how/if you’re able to fit anything into your schedule? ⏰💭

Went back to my camera roll from 2016!!! Uhhh what a year it was ♥️ Scroll to the last pic to see me dressed up as Kim Kardashian 😁

My husband who used to have a membership at Erewhon (what!!!!!) when I met him, has now come round to my way of thinking and spotted this CUTE little curb side treasure - ohhhhh yesssss!
Thought to share our clean up and light repurpose of it at the weekend… turning it into a dress up for Aurora’s bedroom!
My brother and I always had one when we were kids. A place where we could go to town with our imagination and I love the idea of my own kids having that too.
I was also surprised at how much they both wanted to help with cleaning this haha!
