My husband loves this tortilla soup! 32 ounces chicken broth 14 ounce fire roasted garlic diced tomatoes 2 cans fire roasted rotel Salt/pepper to taste Cumin (1 tbs) Chili powder (2 tsp) Onion powder (2 tsp) Minced garlic (1 tbs) Shredded jalapeño Handful of tortilla chips Chicken breast Add all canned tomatoes to a blender and blend until smooth. Add to large pot with everything else except the chicken breast. Stir and cover Cook on low for about 2 hours to let all the flavors come together. Use an emulsifier to make smooth.
