Easy sweet and sticky pork over fried rice with broccoli and green cabbage.

These pasta bowls are perfect 😍

Slice pork of choice really thin. Sautee with olive oil and pepper until no longer pink. Add 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, tbsp garlic, tsp freshly grated ginger, 1/4 cup brown sugar. Cook over low until most of liquid is absorbed. Prepare rice during this time.

In a new skillet, add tbsp sesame seed oil to pan. Add broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. Add shredded green cabbage. Cook for a few more minutes (until soft). Add day old cold rice, another tbsp sesame seed oil, and soy sauce (to taste - I add about 1/2 cup). Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. Sister over medium heat until rice starts having crispy bottom. Serve pork mixture over rice and top with sesame seeds.

This tastes as good as it looks!!! So easy to make.

Using a mini Bundt pan or silicone.
Place fresh mint leaves and whole cranberries in each mold. Pour your juice of choice. I used cran-pomegranate.
Freeze.
Add to glass.
Pour champagne of choice. My favorite is Veuve-clicquot Rose!
