Easy sweet and sticky pork over fried rice with broccoli and green cabbage. These pasta bowls are perfect 😍 Slice pork of choice really thin. Sautee with olive oil and pepper until no longer pink. Add 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, tbsp garlic, tsp freshly grated ginger, 1/4 cup brown sugar. Cook over low until most of liquid is absorbed. Prepare rice during this time. In a new skillet, add tbsp sesame seed oil to pan. Add broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. Add shredded green cabbage. Cook for a few more minutes (until soft). Add day old cold rice, another tbsp sesame seed oil, and soy sauce (to taste - I add about 1/2 cup). Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. Sister over medium heat until rice starts having crispy bottom. Serve pork mixture over rice and top with sesame seeds. LTKHome LTKfoodie LTKvlog
