Ways I am Romanticizing my life lately as a 30 something mom of three
1. light the candle -yeah, the expensive one
2. Turn the volume up, windows down and blast that band you loved from high school on your way to the grocery store 
3. Morning rituals (ice roller, skin care routine, cold plunge, morning light, hydration, meditation (yes, I’m figuring it out!), walk/movement)
4. Organize- can’t romanticize in an unkept space (organization bins)
5. Plan outfits in advance 
6. Sunday Resets- Plan your week on Sunday and be aware of all of your responsibilities so you’re not rushing from 1 thing to the next in chaos
7. Spanish guitar or bossanova going on the Sonos at home while you cook dinner
8. Heart of gratitude (if you feel like you need so much more, stop scrolling. The less you are mindlessly on social media the more you realize you already have —you know, in the real, actual world)- I am guilty of this myself, no judgment
9. Open and enjoy the nice bottle of wine- the one you’ve been saving for a special day. Today is special! Decant and drink it in a fancy glass too
10. Night time routine- warm shower (filtered shower head), hair care  skin care, red lights, eyelash serum, do the fancy facemask
11. Sleep well (no phones in bedroom, blackout , cold room, mouthtape, comfortable sheets, grounding sheet, sleepy tea
