I Have 2 Answers: #1. Boring Answer (the foundation): 1. Sleep. The true foundation of it all. If your sleep is not right, nothing else will work properly. Perfect your sleep *first* 2. *Heavy* Weight Lifting. Lift w strategy, good form, heavy as you can, and with *consistency* 3. Nutrition. Be intentional about protein intake. You need whatever your ideal body weight is in grams of protein every day. My protein goal each day is 125g. It still feels like a lot if I don’t have a plan for the day. Make sure to eat your fiber too! #2. Interesting Answer (supplemental): 1. Cold Plunging. Burns brown fat, increases metabolism and energy, helps you sleep better 2. Sauna. Strengthens your body’s immune response 3. Peptides. Find a provider who sources their peptides from a legitimate pharmacy. Peptides are just chains of less than 40ish amino acids (over 40 is called a protein). Amino Acids are the building blocks of our bodies. Our bodies make thousands of endogenous peptides already. They are game changers. 4. Supplements. @perfectamino make capsules to ensure I get all my amino acids when consuming protein 5. Setting Circadian Rhythm. Morning sunlight in the eyes first thing after waking each day will change how you sleep and how you live 6. Electrolytes/Hydration A must for all of the above to function properly 7.
