Okay let’s be real here- I felt the peer pressure and splurged on a gold easel that cost hundreds of dollars and I don’t think there is a big difference in how they look than the ones under $50.

My husband and I used it for every occasion you could possibly imagine! Make sure to read instructions when make the switch- you don’t need to rinse the toothpaste off at the end.. it stays on to rebuild your teeth.

It’s more expensive obviously than Colgate or Crest… but so is that dentist bill 😂

This toothpaste has been a game changer for me and my family! It started with the lemon lavender 😍 and then quickly became a family loved toothpaste! Our regular flavors on repeat are the cinnamon and the ela mint.

I can personally vouch for this fluoride free nano hydroxypato toothpaste has improved my teeth and also my young boys teeth. We never have cavities anymore!! I used to get judged every time I went into their pediatric dentist (before I switched) when I refused fluoride and then stunned the dentist when my boys didn’t have cavities anymore! I always contribute it to healthy habits and this toothpaste! IT IS A MUST ❤️🙏🏻

Coming from someone who has sensitive teeth and receeding gums (two different gum graft surgeries), these are my nonnegotiables!

So many health benefits out there! It’s an ancient practice- but overall improves oral hygiene and freshens breath and whitens teeth naturally.

Whenever I go into the dentist, I am always complimented on teeth and my gums… hilarious too because I am all natural and never do any of the office treatments! 😂🙌🏼

Make sure when you try it- you swish it around in your mouth for as many mins as you can handle without swallowing. It will make you gag and dry heave - you cannot swallow this rinse. Also spit into a bag and not your sink. The oils can damage the pipes in your house.

**I also learned from Ask the Dentist on IG that it’s best dot he following in this order each morning; tongue scrape, brush teeth (I use Boka toothpaste) coffee/breakfast and then do oil pulling ***
