I use shade hash brown for the eyebrow pencil. This is what I do every time I put my makeup on so I never get creasing period. Before I did this I used to get such creasing and dry eyes. UNDEREYES: for the under eyes, I use that balm and then I apply just a little bit of concealer at the inner corners of my eyes and then I blend it out. Take your beauty, blender and blend out any makeup that has creased before you apply your powder. If you skip this step, you’ll be setting the creases.
