$At 42, this is my exact routine for skin tightening + wrinkles: AM: 1.splash with warm water 2.skin flood (I use 2–3 toners and essences) 3.Peptides (I rotate but always use one) 4.Moisturizer (barrier-focused) 5.SPF (every single day, no exceptions) PM (most nights): 1.double cleanse 2.skin flooding (on damp skin) 3.Tretinoin (I don’t skip this) 4.Peptides/copper 5.Moisturizer (thicker at night) 6. Apply oil 7.lock in with occulent Weekly: • Skin stamping (at home) → followed by growth factors • Extra hydration nights when my skin feels stressed (masks) Monthly / Treatments: • Microneedling with PDGF (if not in office, I do it at home) • Lasers (this is where the real tightening happens, I love the fractionated coolpeel) • Botox every 4 mo • sculptra about 3-4 vials a year If I started over, I would SKIP: -CO2 around my eyes -microneedling with RF -i’ll never do the threads ultherapy VERY interested in trying the new Xerf laser though #LTKBeauty #LTKOver40 #LTKstorytime$

Everything I do for my skin, start to finish:

Botox for movement, every 3-4 months
Sculptra for long-term collagen + structure (about three vials a year)
Fractionated Coolpeel 2x a yr for tone, sun damage, and texture
Microneedling with PDGF at least 4x a yr for overall skin quality
Micro needling at home every other month (As long as I give it four weeks from my professional micro needling treatment)
Skin 1x a week to make sure my growth factors are fully penetrate
Exfoliate two times a week
Skin flooding morning and night
Tretinoin at night as often as skin can tolerate
Vitamin C in the morning
Peptides every morning and night (copper only at night) to support collagen
Barrier repair + deep hydration (overnight collagen masks)
Red light at least 4x a week
SPF every single day
