Exactly how I do it:

1. Cleanse first
Start with clean skin so everything you put on after can actually absorb.

2. Don’t fully dry your face
I leave my skin slightly damp because that’s what helps pull hydration in.

3. Go in with toner first
This is your first layer of hydration and it preps your skin. I don’t use a tiny amount—I want my skin to actually feel hydrated.

4. While that’s still damp, apply essence
This is where it really starts to make a difference. I usually layer about 3 essences because they all have different ingredients and do different things—this is what gives that plump, hydrated look.

5. Lock it in with peptides + moisturizer
This seals everything in so your skin stays hydrated instead of looking good for five minutes and then drying right back out.

6. Be consistent
This is what actually changes your skin over time. I do this every morning and night.

What to wear for Easter

I’m 42. I’ve tried almost every beauty fad so you don’t have to. Here’s what I’d actually keep vs. pass on:

1. Chin strap — HARD NO
Just moves fluid. The second it’s off, it’s gone.
2. Skin flooding — OBSESSED
Hydrated skin = smoother, plumper, less crepey.
3. Vibration plate — LOVE
Good for circulation + lymphatic drainage. I feel a difference.
4. Microcurrent — BACK AND FORTH
Works… but only if you stay consistent.
5. Lip blushing — EH
Could be great for some but I still reach for lip products.
6. At-home laser hair removal — WORTH IT
Takes time, but works if you stick with it.
7. Eyebrow tattoo — LIFE-CHANGING
Saves time + frames your whole face.
8. At-home microneedling — YES (if done right)
Stay shallow. Don’t overdo it.
9. Dermaplaning — THE SH*T
Smoother skin, better makeup, better absorption.
10. Exfoliation mitts — SECRET WEAPON
So much dead skin comes off… it’s wild.
11. Mouth tape — HMMM
I believe in it (teeth + sleep)… I just forget to use it.
12. K Tips- love/hate
Do such a great job filling in the hair around the face, but they require upkeep
13. LED masks — YES, BUT
Consistency + quality matter. The Omnilux is my fave I tried
14. Overnight collagen masks — LOVE
You wake up looking better. Not permanent, but worth it.
15. Olive oil shot — WORTH IT
Anti-inflammatory, supports skin, and I notice better glow + digestion.

What to wear when you don’t know what to wear

I’m 42 and I’ve tried a lot of swimsuits…
this is what actually makes the difference:

1. Structure + support > tiny
If it doesn’t hold you in, it won’t look good. Period.
2. A good one-piece creates a cleaner silhouette
That’s what makes it look more elevated.
3. Defined waist (this is key)
Seams, color blocking, or compression at the waist = instant shape.
4. Higher cut leg
Instantly elongates. Makes everything look better.
5. Skip the tankini
It adds bulk and instantly dates the look.
6. Butt coverage matters
Too much = frumpy. Too cheeky = trying too hard.
You want that in-between.
7. Texture > flat fabric
Ribbed, crinkled, or textured fabric is way more forgiving.
8. Quality over cheap
Cheap suits will cheapen the whole look.
One good suit > five flimsy ones.
9. Matching layer (sarong, robe, kimono)
This is what makes it look expensive.
10. Be careful with cutouts
They can quickly cheapen the look if they’re overdone.

*One of my most fave bathing suit brands will always be Hunza G. It’s one size fits all and it has texture to it. It is so insanely flattering. I have it in so many different colors. Also the SAME bathing suits runs super tiny. Size up.
