everything i wish i started in my 30s 🤍

• neck routine — silicone neck patches overnight (this is the real game changer), a neck cream linked below, and the biggest thing: whatever treatments you’re doing on your face, do them on your neck too. don’t stop at your jawline. And don’t forget sunscreen every single day.

• skin protocol — start microneedling now. If you can, do it at least 4x a year. Get a laser or chemical peel done 1x a year. Avoid filler but look into sculptra. Use tretinoin consistently. Start using growth factors and peptides. (Linked my faves)

quality pieces — the basics worth spending on:
•one perfect pair of jeans (not five mediocre ones)
•classic sling back kitten heels
•a quality blazer
•a great white tee that isn’t see-through (doesn’t have to be expensive but must be quality)
•a leather jacket. Real leather
•a bag you’re not embarrassed to hand down

Simple 40+ routine I’d start with:

AM

1. Cleanse or rinse
2. Vitamin C serum
3. Peptides/growth factors
4. Moisturizer
5. Tinted mineral SPF

PM

1. Double cleanse
2. Tretinoin 3–4 nights/week
3. Glycolic acid 1–2 nights/week — not on tret nights
4. Peptides on off nights
5. Moisturizer

If crepey legs were the problem, here’s how I’d use everything:

1. Body retinol — use at night, 2–3x a week to start. Don’t layer it with glycolic on the same night.
2. Body glycolic — use on opposite nights from retinol, 1–3x a week. Great for smoothing that dry, rough texture.
3. Microneedling above the knees — keep it conservative, super clean, and not on irritated skin. Follow with calming hydration, not actives. I would do this every six weeks. Use hyaluronic acid for slip then apply growth factors immediately after
4. OneSkin Body — use daily, especially on non-active nights or in the morning.
5. Ceramide lotion — use every day, ideally right after showering, to lock in moisture and keep the skin from looking dry and papery.

It really does make such a huge difference. Without it, cakey. With it l, hydrated and smooth. Also, I swear by this concealer. I used to get creasing from every other concealer and I don’t know why I stopped using this concealer, but I just did. And then I talked to my celebrity make up artist friend and she said this is the only concealer she uses.
