If I could afford business class with my whole family, I would have. This is the neck pillow I used to try to sleep on the plane. I don’t think there’s any great neck pillows, but this is the best one I’ve tried. I learned everything else that I traveled with that helped me during this 8 hr red eye.

Ive had these suede Miu Miu sneakers for two years now, and I still love them as much if not more since the first day I got them. I don’t usually love to wear sneakers, but these are so fashionable. I brought these with me last year to Paris and wore them all the time. Worth the investment imo. They run TTS.

I was so stressed out in this video. The shirt I was going to wear lost button and I panicked and didn’t know what to wear and we were running late for our dinner reservations. i’ve tried every f*cking beauty thing that claims to make you look younger. my honest ratings (part 3) 👇🏼

1. Wrinkle pads – Good for preventing sleep lines but won’t erase already there wrinkles
2. Ball sculptor – Pretty convinced this is a gimmick. Saw no difference.
3. Salmon sperm (PDRN) – Officially a convert. My skin heals faster and just looks healthier afterward.
4. Ice roller – Eh. Nice for puffiness, but I can definitely live without it.
5. Spicules – Tiny sponges that create microchannels to help improve texture and help skincare penetrate better. Love.
6. Posture corrector – Not magic, but it’s a great reminder to stop slouching.
7. Carbon laser – Instant glow.
Great if your skin is looking dull or congested.
8. K-tip extensions – Love/hate relationship. Love how they look and fill in breakage gaps, hate the maintenance.
8. YAG laser – One of my favorite collagen-building treatments. I think it’s worth it if you’re playing the long game.
10. PDGF under eyes – I like it, but am thinking fat grafting is where it’s at
11. LED helmet – Didn’t expect much, but am actually impressed. Hairdresser asked what I am doing differently
12. Getting a bob – Kind of changed my life. I think it made me look younger.
13. Mouth tape – Still undecided but my husband says it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. 🙄

How I use spicules (VT Reedle Shot)
I use them 1–2 mornings a week.
1. Cleanse and dry my skin.
2. Apply the Reedle Shot. Pat into skin, don’t rub.
3. Follow with vit c, then hydrating serum (I like PDRN or growth factors).
4. Moisturizer.
5. Finish with SPF.

What I do for chest wrinkles
* Tretinoin a few nights a week (if your skin tolerates it).
* A rich moisturizer or barrier cream on top.
* Silicone wrinkle pads while I sleep to help prevent sleep creases.
* Daily SPF on my neck and chest.
* Microneedling then apply calecim or biopelle right after (I do this every 6 weeks)
* IPL occasionally for sun damage and collagen stimulation.

*Also included everything else I swear by that keeps me looking younger

I ordered my usual size. I will say they’re on the snug side. I like that because it sucks everything in, but just be mindful of that. They are fitted through the thigh as well super long. I’m 5’10. wearing a small in the Amazon tank.
