I take a small daily shot of high-polyphenol olive oil because polyphenols help fight oxidative stress and protect collagen. That’s long-term skin quality.

I invested in Atsas because it’s extremely high in polyphenols and very potent (you can literally taste it). But I also ordered the Gundry oil because it’s more affordable and still rich in polyphenols. If you don’t want to go ultra-premium, Gundry is a great entry option.

Topically, here’s what gives me that “glazed” look:

– Medicube Collagen Wrapping Mask when I want that tight, milky glow
– d’Alba White Truffle spray for hydration and sheen
– the masque vivant when my skin feels dull or congested. It balances everything out and gives me that clean, polished glow
-the Biodance masks when I want plump, hydrated, “glass skin” fast. These are my quick glow sheets

And once a week, I skin stamp at home.
After stamping, I’ll use either Biopelle 50 or Calecim — depending on what my skin needs. Growth factors are what really help with firmness and texture over time.

The Biopelle 40 is still great — lighter, still effective — and easier to tolerate if your skin feels sensitive. But the 50 delivers more of that “firm + glassy” foundation when used after a stamp session

Micro-Needling (at home):
I use the Dr pen m8 pen (sadly I am not able to link it) with sterile cartridges on clean skin, work in small sections (I use the hyaluronic acid for slip) at a conservative depth, and then apply growth factors immediately after. I will either apply the Calecim or the Biopelle 40. Let the growth factors absorb for several minutes
then follow with a simple, fragrance-free, barrier cream like the Epii one. Prior to doing this though, I make sure there is no oil or makeup on my skin by cleaning it with a cotton pad and rubbing alcohol. I keep everything extremely sanitized and give my skin 4 weeks between sessions.

Skin Flooding:
This is just layering hydration on damp skin — I usually use about two hydrating toners, then about three essences— pressing each layer in before sealing it with a calming moisturizer so everything stays plump and glassy. I do this morning and night immediately after I wash my face.

I skin stamp once a week — which is different from the deeper micro-needling I do once a month. The weekly stamping is very shallow and gentle, mainly to lightly stimulate collagen and enhance product absorption, and I apply Calecim or Biopelle 50 right after. My monthly session is more intensive and focused on true collagen remodeling and longer-term results. (I use the titanium stamper that I linked for this)

Ohhhh my gosh, this coat is such a statement. I’m wearing a medium only because I didn’t have a small left. It’s very oversized but it works for me because I’m 5'10. I actually don’t mind it in a medium. Now I want it in different colors! It’s such a great price point too. I love the dramatic shoulders! I’m wearing a small in the leggings and the turtleneck is one size fits all.

Omggggg this jacket looks way more expensive than what it is. It’s quite the peace! It is one of those jackets that everyone is going to stop and look at when you walk into the room. it comes in a bunch of different colors. Here’s the full breakdown of the 11 things that changed my face — with the exact products and treatments I use:
1. Lip lift — a subtle structural change that shortened my philtrum and softened my lower face. Made me look more feminine
2. Skin flooding — layering hydrating toners + essences to deeply support my barrier instead of constantly exfoliating.
3. Hormone optimization — I worked with my doctor to support what was naturally declining. This made a bigger difference than any topical ever could.
4. Tretinoin — I do my skin flooding first (toner + essences), then tretinoin — and I finish with a heavier layer of La Roche-Posay to seal it in. It keeps my barrier calm but I still get results.
5. Barrier repair — fewer actives at once, more intentional recovery.
6. Microneedling — consistent collagen stimulation over time. I use the Dr. Pen M8 7. Lasers 1–2x/year — resurfacing and pigment correction for maintenance, not panic.
8. Melasma — this is important.
The cream that completely changed it for me is Obagi Nu-Derm Blender #5. It requires a prescription, and you have to cycle it properly under a doctor’s supervision. It’s not something to use casually or long term without guidance.
I can’t link it here, but I’m linking a non-prescription option that contains arbutin, which is a gentler pigment-support ingredient.
9. LED therapy — consistent at-home red light for collagen support.
10. Injectables — I shifted away from chasing volume and focused more on collagen-stimulating treatments. And yes, continued use of Botox/dysport
11. Actives I don’t rotate weekly — vitamin C, growth factors, and copper peptides for daily collagen support. I use vitamin C in the morning. I’ll use growth factors with it, but I keep copper peptides for nighttime.
