Here’s the full breakdown of the 11 things that changed my face — with the exact products and treatments I use:
1. Lip lift — a subtle structural change that shortened my philtrum and softened my lower face. Made me look more feminine
2. Skin flooding — layering hydrating toners + essences to deeply support my barrier instead of constantly exfoliating.
3. Hormone optimization — I worked with my doctor to support what was naturally declining. This made a bigger difference than any topical ever could.
4. Tretinoin — long-term collagen support. I always buffer it with the barrier cream linked here so I don’t wreck my skin. The la roche-posay cicaplast baume b5 cream
5. Barrier repair — fewer actives at once, more intentional recovery.
6. Microneedling — consistent collagen stimulation over time. I use the Dr. Pen M8 7. Lasers 1–2x/year — resurfacing and pigment correction for maintenance, not panic.
8. Melasma — this is important.
The cream that completely changed it for me is Obagi Nu-Derm Blender #5. It requires a prescription, and you have to cycle it properly under a doctor’s supervision. It’s not something to use casually or long term without guidance.
I can’t link it here, but I’m linking a non-prescription option that contains arbutin, which is a gentler pigment-support ingredient.
9. LED therapy — consistent at-home red light for collagen support.
10. Injectables — I shifted away from chasing volume and focused more on collagen-stimulating treatments. And yes, continued use of Botox/dysport
11. Actives I don’t rotate weekly — vitamin C, growth factors, and copper peptides for daily collagen support.

If you’re going to invest anywhere in your wardrobe, it should be your jeans.

They’re the foundation. You wear them more than almost anything else, and the right pair makes even a basic tee look elevated. I’d rather own one perfect pair than five that are just “fine.” When the fit, rise, and structure are right, everything else in your closet just looks better on.

The shade I’m wearing is Montgomery. I think this is the most universal shade whether you want to dress it up or dress it down. I also have the Bryce which I love for the summertime although you could wear that obviously in the winter too. It’s just more of a casual color. I want the black next. They run tts. Make sure you get the Danielle with the stretch. Also for reference, I am 5’10 and they hit at the top of my foot.

1. I could go on and on and on about these jeans. Without a doubt these are my most favorite pair out of all the jeans I’m talking about. They give you a butt. They’re my husband‘s favorite jeans on me. They’re Kendall Jenner‘s favorite jeans. I get why. They give you legs for days. They’re an investment, but consider them part of your capsule wardrobe.

2. These are the classiest pair of barrel jeans I have ever owned. The quality is amazing. They are slightly on the thinner side, which will be great for the summertime. These are the kind of jeans you can dress up or dress down, wear with sneakers or wear with heels.

3. The most flattering pair of wide leg jeans you’ll ever put on your body. Again, legs for days in these.

4. These jeans are specifically incredible for tall girls. I am 5’10. These are on major sale. The inseam is incredible.

5. Every time I wear these jeans, I get compliments. I’ve tried to find affordable look-alikes of these jeans and they do not exist. These jeans hit you perfectly at your waist giving you that cinched look.

6. These are def the coolest most unique pair I own. I wear these when I want to feel extra fashionable.

7. These are the same as #1. I loved them so much, I got them in a different wash. I like how this color is a bit more casual. Now I want them in the black wash.

Without the accessories, it would definitely be boring, but once you add some bold oversized earrings, a belt that looks like art, and some trendy sunglasses, it completely transforms the outfit. And the great part is you can re-wear this outfit so many different ways just by changing the accessories. You could also add a pop-up color with a sweater over the shoulders

The khaite jeans are exceptional jeans. Particularly the Danielle. You could throw away all your other jeans and keep that one pair. The shade I have in the Danielle is the Montgomery and the Bryce. Run tts. Same for the Dane pair. As for the Same jeans, if you’re in between sizes, size up. I want the lighter color now. The GRLFRND jeans are so tall girl friendly with the sizing is so weird. Look at the reviews and base it off of that. Usually, I have to size down 1 to 2 sizes. The Maison Margiela jeans are so unique. I tried forever to find a less expensive pair that would look very similar and it does not exist.
